*Nextech can install a previously purchased thermostat as long as:
- The device was purchased new within the last 12 months;
- It is still in the unopened retail box; and
- You have a copy of the sales receipt.
When installing pre-purchased devices our labor warranty is limited to 15 days and no additional device warranty can be offered.
We strongly encourage all of our installation only customers to purchase Remote Temperature Sensors to program with their Smart Thermostats. This ensures your thermostat and sensor can work together to keep your home the temperature you set it too.
Nests are installed as single fan speed and automatically set to medium fan speed unless advised otherwise.
