PROJECT OVERVIEW
Following years of research and careful consideration, the Chandler Technology Commission and Board of Directors are pleased to announce an EV charging strategy. Given sufficient interest from residents, the program delivers EV charging to private parking stalls! This is a purely elective upgrade offered to Chandler Homeowners and the investment will be paid for solely by the residents who choose to participate.
Charging capacity will be built out in phases as demand increases, so the 1st phase is limited to 60 private stalls. Residents will purchase in two parts:
-
EV Access Pass (i.e. infrastructure fee) - Access can be thought of as a "reservation" to be used immediately, held indefinitely, or sold with the unit.
-
EV Charging Station (i.e. personal receptacle) - Resident can decide when they would like to have wiring completed to a parking stall of their choice.
Nextech Energy Systems - Your energy, evolved.™
EV-READY DESIGN
Built with with future-proof infrastructure, the design allows for seamless upgrades to accommodate additional EV Chargers, ensuring minimal disruptions to parking garage access.

PROJECT DETAILS
Nextech will project manage the engineering, design, and infrastructure build out for 1300A of electrical distribution throughout five (5) floors of the main parking garage capable of initially supporting up to one hundred (60) Level 2 Charging Stations. This includes core drilling, conduit runs* to all parking spots, high voltage conduit & feeds, disconnects, distribution panels, transformers, and connection to existing available electrical switchgear. Phase 1 infrastructure is designed to be future-proof and upgradable to provide capacity for EV Chargers to all three hundred forty five (345) parking spots with minimal disruption to parking garage access.
