PROJECT OVERVIEW
Given sufficient interest from residents, the EV Charging Strategy would deliver EV charging to private parking stalls! This is a purely elective upgrade offered to Homeowners and the investment will be paid for solely by the residents who choose to participate.
Charging capacity will be built out in phases as demand increases, so the 1st phase is limited to 250 private stalls. Residents will purchase in two parts:

EV Access Pass (i.e. infrastructure fee) - Access can be thought of as a "reservation" to be used immediately, held indefinitely, or sold with the unit.

EV Charging Station (i.e. personal receptacle) - Resident can decide when they would like to have wiring completed to a parking stall of their choice.
EV-READY DESIGN
Built with with future-proof infrastructure, the design allows for seamless upgrades to accommodate additional EV Chargers, ensuring minimal disruptions to parking garage access.

PROJECT DETAILS
Nextech will project manage the engineering, design, and infrastructure build out of electrical distribution throughout the main parking garage, sub lots, and parking spots, capable of supporting up to two hundred fifty (250) EverCharge EV02 Charging Stations. This includes transformers, sub-panels, riser circuits, wiring feeds, and electrical equipment. Includes conduit branches to ALL Parking Zones. Protection of electrical equipment furnished and installed, as required.

Any parking spot where wall mounting is not an option a pedestal will be provided at no additional charge.
