Smart Thermostats and Indoor Air Quality Installations are now available for 720 South Dearborn from Nextech Energy Systems! This offer includes installation of premium Smart Thermostats (Nest or Ecobee) and/or an iWave Ion Generator, conversion of your existing high voltage fan coil system to a low voltage compatible connection, and programming and integration of your new smart technology.

The prices listed on the website include an automatic highrise discount and ComEd rebate. There is an opportunity for an additional discount of up to $115 for all residents that books and install by December 23rd, 2021. The more residents that sign up the greater the discount.
