COVID-19: Important Information for our Customers
Dear Valued Customer,
We here at Nextech Energy Systems recognize that these are challenging times, filled with a high degree of uncertainty. Our hearts go out to anyone who’s been affected by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In light of this, we wanted to update you on steps we’re taking to minimize any disruptions to our ability to service you as the outbreak progresses. We have contingency plans in place to ensure we can continue to deliver a high-level of service to you while keeping our employees and our customers safe.
We are working closely with our vendors, suppliers, and partners who support us in delivering premium Connected Home products and installation services; our joint efforts to minimize service and scheduling disruptions are well coordinated.
As we navigate through these uncertain times, there are a few other things we would like you to know:
- Business Operations - Based on the guidance we’ve received from various health agencies, our own preparedness and the current state of our operations, our business will remain open until further notice. While some of our employees will be working remotely, we expect any degradation in business operations to be minimal. Our team will be available to you during our normal hours and channels: Monday - Friday, 830am - 530pm, CSTvia phone, email and chat.
- Increased Safety - The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve increased the frequency and heightened the extent of the daily cleanings in our offices, distribution warehouses, and vehicles. Our technicians will have masks, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes standard on every dispatch. To ensure safety and build trust, we pledge to practice safe social distancing and acknowledge either party reserves the right to refuse admittance to the premises if health or sanitation is of concern.
- Dispatch Scheduling – Existing installation bookings will remain as scheduled, and may be rescheduled for any reason without penalty. New installation bookings and requests may be delayed up to 3 months out at your discretion and as your comfort and well-being dictates.
We value your business and pledge that we will do all we can to maintain the high-level of service you’ve come to expect from Nextech Energy Systems. We will also be proactively transparent with you regarding any changes in service levels in the days and weeks ahead.
