EverCharge Service Terms & Considerations

Scheduling and Availability: We will make any and all reasonable communication efforts to coordinate and perform the installation of the quoted Services in a timely fashion. These efforts may include but are not limited to phone calls, emails, text messages, meetings, etc. All services and scheduling are subject to availability. We will provide best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if a shipment may be delayed.
Logistics: Due to ongoing global logistical challenges, certain manufacturers of electronic devices and equipment are experiencing consistent product shortages and shipment delays. We will do our best to obtain all equipment and materials in a timely manner.
Charging Rates:
  • Annual Software License - Valet Billing System = $250/Year, per Charging Station (billed annually).
    • Warranty, Insurance, Customer Support, Billing Services, Software Updates, and the SmartPower Load-Management System.
  • Suggested Charging Rate - 25 cents per kWh, pay-as-you-go;
    • The charging rate is inclusive of the common area Electricity fee and the administrative management fee (as determined and set by the HOA.)
    • Residents setup there individual account and payment credentials directly with the EV service provider.
    • The Building Property Manager and/or HOA is reimbursed quarterly for ALL energy collectively charged by residents plus the administrative management fees.
Rebates & Incentives: Residents may be eligible for certain Federal, Municipal, and Utility provided incentives. Any incentives are subject to the terms of the program. Availability and eligibility are at the discretion of the program manager and subject to change without notice.
  • Any rebate or incentive discount(s) outlined in this proposal are indicative and for budgetary purposes only. Incentive estimates are calculated using the total anticipated price paid per unit for electrical infrastructure, EVSE equipment, and installation labor. Nextech does not guarantee any incentives are or will become available, nor does it guarantee that the Customer or its Tenants will meet the requirements for any available incentives. Licenses & Certifications: Nextech is an approved ComEd, Ameren, Nicor and People’s Gas Trade Ally; an Illinois licensed Energy Efficiency, Distributed Generation, EVSE Installer; an Energy Star Partner; a Chicago licensed General Contractor and Home Services Provider; a member of the Illinois Alliance for Clean Transportation; and is accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
Electrical and Infrastructure: Contractor warrants the Services will be performed in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and norms.
  • Labor Warranty - The labor warranty will apply for a period of one (1) year from the date that the Services are provided. 
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty - Warranty coverage for materials and equipment provided as part of the Services are set and dictated by the manufacturer. Contractor will make reasonable efforts to provide relevant information and historical data necessary to assist the Customer and its Tenants with any Manufacturer’s Warranty claim that may arises.
Charging Equipment: EverCharge products are manufactured in the USA which guarantees access to the necessary components to maintain charging station performance and durability through the next decade.
  • Pro Warranty - Each Charging Station comes with a comprehensive 3-year Manufacturer’s Warranty and a 1-year Labor and Installation Warranty.
  • 10 Year Endurance Program - Customers will have timely access to replacement parts for their Charging Station should they require them.
Extended Warranty: Extended warranty(s), maintenance agreement(s), and service contract(s) may be provided or become available from the Contractor at its sole discretion for certain hardware, devices, products, or services provided.
  • Hardware, devices, products, or services provided by or purchased from a third party are excluded from any and all warranty coverage or claim and Contractor is under no obligation to provide any installation, repair, programming, support, or any other service for any provision or component that is not directly provided by the Contractor.
Compliance & Legal: We comply with all insurance and licensing requirements, local municipal codes, and facility rules & guidelines.
  • Insurance - Contractor shall maintain insurances in amounts consistent with requirements as requested and shall name the Customer, its Members, and its Board of Directors as and additional insured. Each policy shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the Customer, its Members, its Board of Directors and its Managing Agent.
  • Safety - Contractor will adhere to all local, municipal, and building specific safety policies. In turn we require a safe work environment to perform the Services and reserve the right to refuse or reschedule due to conditions deemed dangerous, unsafe, or hazardous.
