Nextech Energy Systems Coronavirus Safety
We here at Nextech Energy Systems recognize that, while pandemic related conditions continue to improve, these remain challenging times. Our hearts go out to anyone who's been affected by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As an Essential Services local business, we continue to remain vigilant in our efforts to deliver high-level service while keeping our employees and customers safe.
We're continuing to work with our vendors, suppliers, and partners who aid us in delivering premium Connected Home products and installation services; our joint efforts to maintain a safe working environment while minimizing service and scheduling disruptions.
As we continue to navigate through the ongoing pandemic, we would like to provide some notable information:
- Business Operations - Based on the guidance we've received from various health agencies, our own preparedness, and the current state of our operations, our business is operating as normal. Our team will be available to you during our normal hours and channels : Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m. CST via phone, email, and chat.
- Continued Safety - The health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. To that end, all of our employees have been vaccinated against COVID-19. We're maintaining the frequency and extent of the daily cleanings in our offices, distribution warehouses, and vehicles. Our technicians are equipped with masks, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes standard on every dispatch. Per the property managers request we will abide to any shared spaces or common areas mask protocols. It is within our power to wear masks during installations per customers request. To ensure safety and build trust, we pledge to practice safe social distancing and acknowledge that either party reserves the right to refuse admittance to the premises if health or sanitation is of concern.
- Dispatch Scheduling - Our installation bookings will remain as scheduled. Existing and confirmed appointments may be rescheduled by either party at no charge with at least a 48 hour notice, as conditions on the ground dictate. If you or someone in your home is showing signs of illness, we ask that you reschedule any upcoming technician visits to your home. You may review our Terms of Service regarding appointment rescheduling here.
We truly value your business and pledge that we'll do all that we can to maintain the high-level of service that you've come to expect from Nextech.
Wishing you, your team, and family continued good health and well-being.
We'll continue to keep you updated with the most recent information!
