EverCharge EV Charging Rate Plans

Choose the plan that best fits your property’s needs.  Charging Rate Plans are designed to deliver consistent, uninterrupted service for residential, commercial, and public sites, or wherever your charging station is installed. Select the rate plan that aligns with your driving habits and charging needs.

Rate Plans are all-inclusive of:  insurance coverage, charging support, billing services, software & firmware updates, and the SmartPower™ Dynamic Power Management System.

Resident Charging Rates & HOA Reimbursement

  • FLEX Rate - 25 cents per kWh + electricity rate (currently estimated between 14-20 cents/kWh), pay-as-you-charge.

    • Typically the Site's default plan.

  • FLAT Rate of $25 per month + the current utility rate (currently estimated between 14-20 cents/kWh).  

    • Residents who, on average, drive 500+ miles/month may consider electing this plan. 

  • Residents set up their individual account and payment credentials directly with the EV service provider. 
  • NO additional monthly/annual software license fees or subscriptions owed by resident or HOA.

  • The Building Property Manager and/or HOA is reimbursed quarterly for ALL energy collectively charged by residents.
