PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

HVAC Inspection and Tune Up Service includes:

  • Professional diagnostics, cleaning, and inspection of the Furnace
  • Professional diagnostics, cleaning, and inspection of the Condenser and A-coil
  • Choose from Single Dispatch Plan (Available April-May and August-September only, service performed in ONE visit) or Dual Dispatch Plan (Available year-round, service performed in TWO visits)
  • Optional Humidifier Tune-up available on compatible systems

Furnace Inspection & Maintenance:

  • Replace air filter 
  • Inspect thermostat connections and operation
  • Cycle Heating "On"
  • Test igniter operation & clean flame safety
  • Test safeties
  • Inspect main burners and ignition sequence
  • Clean & check ignition system
  • Remove, clean, and check main burners
  • Inspect the combustion air
  • Vacuum & inspect heat exchange
  • Vacuum & inspect burner compartment
  • Inspect blower and inducer motor bearings
  • Inspect blower wheel
  • Clean motor
  • Flush condensate trap & drain

Air Conditioner Maintenance:

  • Replace air filter
  • Inspect thermostat connections and operation
  • Cycle Cooling "On"
  • Wash condenser coil
  • Oil condenser motor (if necessary)
  • Inspect condenser fan motor and bearings
  • Remove debris from condensing unit
  • Measure refrigerant charge
  • Add up to 11lb of R410A (if necessary)
  • Test voltage & amperage, compare with manufacturers specifications
  • Flush condensate drain
  • Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  • Turn off humidifier for summer

 Humidifier Tune-up Includes:

  • Full diagnostic test
  • Cleaning and sanitation
  • Pad replacement
  • Hose cleaning and/or replacement (if applicable)
  • All-parts, labor, and taxes are included
